Carrot Cake with Chocolate Icing:
2 medium carrots (approximately 200 grams)
1/2 cup oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 spoon of baking powder
Method of preparation:
In a blender, grind the carrots with the oil, eggs and sugar. Do not add flour or baking powder at this stage.
In a separate bowl, mix the wheat flour and baking powder.
Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Avoid beating too much to get a fluffy dough.
Preheat the oven and place the dough in a greased form.
Bake the cake at the proper temperature, using a timer to control the baking time.
Remove the cake from the oven when ready and let it cool before unmolding.
Preparing the Chocolate Icing:
1 tablespoon butter
6 tablespoons cocoa powder (or chocolate bar)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)

3. Add the milk little by little, continuing to stir until you get a creamy consistency.
